        Overview
        Rotation Projects

We seeka talented motivated postdoc to join the laboratory of Dr. Christian Mueller inthe Gene Therapy Center at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. Thecandidate will be working on rAAV-based RNA therapeutics; and will focus on usingrAAV viral vectors to induce epigenetic gene silencing for toxic gain-of-functiongenetic disorders in the liver and brain. Applicants should have a recent PhD inbiomedical sciences with a strong background in molecular biology and at leastone first author publication in English in a reputable peer-reviewed journal. Requirementsfor application: Experience working with either lncRNAs or RNAi is necessaryfor applying; experience with next generation sequencing is also highly encouraged.Ability to work independently, be highly organized and have strong writing, verbal and interpersonal skills is required. Attractive salary and benefitsavailable based upon relative working experience. The recruiting process willinclude on-site interviews and candidates who are not able to travel to the USon short notice should not apply.
