Research Description : Data-driven motion correction of SPECT images.Separation of respiratory motion and rigid or non-rigid components of patient motion for motion correcting the acquired images, correlation of externally measured motion to internal organ motion. Analytical and iterative algorithms for SPECT fan-beam geometry, modeling attenuation, scatter, and collimator blurring effects.
