Dr. Staugaitis’ interests include the use of behavioral approaches for the self-management of wellness and health, the use of quantitative information as a quality enhancement tool and, organizational strategies for enhancing risk management and quality improvement programs in the field of developmental disabilities, including approaches such as root cause analysis and failure mode effects analysis.

Current Projects:

PI for the New England Quality Improvement Collaboration.  A CMS Quality Assurance and Quality Improvement in Home and Community Based Services Real Choice Grant, 2004-2007.
