Dr. Lee is an assistant professor of biostatistics and serves as a collaborative scientist in PQHS’ Quantitative Methods Core. Her expertise encompasses nonparametric statistics, clinical trials/experimental designs, survival analysis, missing data, and omics data analysis. She focuses on developing statistical methods for effective inference and classification in large dimensions relative to the sample size. Dr. Lee applies her theoretical expertise to practical applications, specializing in analyzing complex datasets, such as gene expression and microbiome data, linking to cancer, chronic disease, and liver disease research. Dr. Lee has taught courses including Principles of Experimentation, Experimental Designs, Regression, R Programming, and Generalized Linear Models.
